Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the „GDPR“) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

2. What data we process, why and on what basis

3. Recipients and processors

To run the website and services we use the following processors, who process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • Netlify — website hosting and processing of messages sent via the contact form (Netlify Forms),
  • Ecomail — a tool for sending the newsletter and managing email contacts,
  • Google (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) — measuring website traffic (only with your consent).

We do not pass personal data to other third parties for their own marketing.

4. Transfers to third countries

Some of the processors above may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In that case the transfer is safeguarded appropriately under the GDPR — in particular by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on the basis of an adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right:

  • to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
  • to erasure — the „right to be forgotten“ (Art. 17),
  • to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
  • to data portability (Art. 20),
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
  • to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Unsubscribing from the newsletter

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email or by messaging josefpajer7@gmail.com. Unsubscribing withdraws your consent to receiving commercial messages.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies. Essential cookies ensure the site works correctly and are processed on the basis of legitimate interest. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent given via the cookie banner; you can change or withdraw consent anytime in the cookie settings. We use our own cookie banner with three categories (essential, analytics, marketing) connected to Google Consent Mode.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to data is limited to people and processors who need it to fulfil the stated purposes.

This Privacy Policy takes effect on 1 September 2026. The current version is always available on this page.
